An Asian criminal is under Federal surveillance and when his daughter is kidnapped, they have to go in to work it which doesn’t make the agent in charge happy cause it means, they have to reveal that the man is under surveillance. The team goes in to work it. When the kidnappers call with their demands, the father says he can’t give them what they ask.
